Job Title: Oil & Gas Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Dispatcher to coordinate equipment, personnel, transportation, and customer orders to ensure efficient field operations and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch equipment, personnel, and transportation for field operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and equipment orders.
• Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and job assignments.
• Conduct pre- and post-job equipment inspections.
• Prepare delivery tickets, quotes, and job documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate parts and services with vendors.
• Monitor equipment availability and ensure operational readiness.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Update dispatch records and operational data using computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in oil & gas dispatching, equipment rental, logistics, or field service coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred) .
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
• Knowledge of oilfield equipment and services preferred.

Work Environment: Combination of office, warehouse, and outdoor environments.
