Seeking an experienced Tax Director, this full-time position will guide the global tax function with a focus on international tax, statutory reporting, and indirect tax compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies and processes. Key responsibilities Partner with the VP of Tax to execute the company's international tax strategy, including transfer pricing and cross-border structuring Manage global indirect tax compliance, including VAT/GST registrations and audits across various jurisdictions Contribute to the quarterly and annual income tax provision process with an emphasis on foreign entities and coordination with external auditors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Taxation, CPA, JD, or LLM preferred 10+ years of progressive tax experience with substantial expertise in international tax and global indirect tax Hands-on experience with statutory financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries and working with local auditors Strong technical knowledge of cross-border tax structuring and VAT/GST compliance Experience with tax technology systems such as NetSuite and Avalara is strongly preferred
